6 oz butter
4oz dark sugar
2 oz black treacle
8 oz rolled oats.
Oven at 170deg. Warm butter, sugar and treacle in a saucepan. Stir in oats. Bake in an oblong greased tin for 15 mins. Mark slices in tin and leave in it to cool. DO NOT OVERCOOK (sic).
Easy and yummy. (and always make double..cos Phil will have eaten them before they are out the tin otherwise!)
